Our 90-day warranty is on the house!
We stand by our work. That's why every Stone Script home inspection includes a complimentary 90-day warranty.
While we are confident that our inspection process is thorough and complete, we also understand that our tools have limitations. To protect the client from any hidden defects that these limitations may be concealing, Stone Script includes a complimentary warranty with every home inspection!
Our complimentary warranty includes the following:
90-day structural and mechanical coverage
90-day Sewer Guard coverage
90-day Mold Safe coverage
Five-year Roof Protection Plan
On top of our warranty package, we offer a complimentary (full-service) utility setup and will register your appliances with the Recall Chek program.
We've got you covered.
Structural and Mechanical coverage includes:
Plumbing: including water lines, faucets, water heaters, drain lines, and gas lines.
Electrical: including the main service panel, secondary service panel, and wiring
Kitchen Appliances: including the oven, range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, trash compactor, and garbage disposal
Heating/Air (HVAC): including furnace, air conditioner, and thermostats
Poured Concrete & Block wall foundations
Floor joists, bottom & top plates, and wall members
Roof leak repair (does not include shingle replacement)
Load-bearing walls
Attached garage doors
Sewer Guard Warranty
The Water Line: The water line is the single lateral water service line from the point of the water utility's connection to the point of the water meter (or main shut-off line) inside the home. The water line also includes well-water lines located less than five feet below surface level.
Sewer Line: The sewer line is the single lateral sewer service line from the point of the home's exterior wall to the point of connection to the sewer utility's wastewater collection system or septic tank.
Mold Safe Warranty
The Mold Safe warranty covers new and visible mold not discovered during your home inspection or listed in the inspection report. The Mold Safe warranty will cover the remediation (removal) of visible mold from surfaces permanently installed in the subject property.
5-year Roof Protection Plan
The 5-year Roof Protection Plan covers roof leak repairs for five years (from the time of the home inspection), regardless of the roof's age. If a leak was not discovered and reported on the day of the inspection, its repair is covered under our free warranty package!
Recall Chek
The Recall Chek service is a FREE Safety Check service on all your major appliances. The make and model numbers of the major appliances are recorded and checked for active recalls. We will give you a login and password so you can add and remove appliances as needed.
