Our inspector is a Journeyperson Carpenter, Certified Home Inspector, Licenced Building Inspector and an Indoor Air Consultant with a diverse background full of contractor knowledge. The Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics are fundamental guidelines in a home inspection, and Stone Script Inspections meets and regularly exceed these expectations.

Comprehensive digital reporting
Every Stone Script Inspection includes a detailed report of the property and our findings. Your inspection is documented within a fully digital report with pictures, descriptions, and recommendations to help you understand the condition of the building. A colour-coded report enables you to identify the significance of each observation and how important that item is to the home's overall condition.
Our reports are delivered within 24 hours of your home inspection. We are happy to schedule a meeting to review the report with you to discuss our findings and any possible repairs.

Derek is the owner of Stone Script Inspections. He is fully insured and bonded, certified in Indoor Air Quality and a member in good standing with InterNACHI (Inter National Association of Certified Home Inspectors)
Derek has been involved in the construction industry for 16 years and has always been passionate about home inspection and helping people with one of the most significant investments of their lives. He loves meeting new people, especially during exciting moments like purchasing a new home.
Behind the scenes, you can find Derek hiking the trails and finding adventure with his family, Samantha, Pearce, Payton and their dog Indy.
